Fearlessly Feminine Challenge My Day One

Fearlessly Feminine Challenge...a week of wearing dresses and skirts.  I'm afraid it's not so much a challenge for me.  I wear dresses every day.  I thought I'd just share a bit anyway.  I missed Sunday; but, here is Monday for me.

The dress is Land's End - a gift from a friend.
The shoes are CROCS' Mary Janes in black.
Hair in a bun.  That's my summer style.
It was in the seventies today.
After temperatures around a hundred last week, I was chilly!

Unfortunately, I ruined the dress today by brushing up against some white paint.  Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until it was dry.  : (

Oh well, such is life with a young artist in the house.

  2. I love my Mary Jane crocs!! They seem to be getting harder to find. My cat chews on them...and I haven't been able to replace my burgandy pair. Thanks for participating in FF2011! You look fabulous! :)

  3. Visiting from the crew. You look amazing in your Land's End Dress. I love that brand. But, unfortunately I don't own any of their dresses. My daughter does though and could live in them.

  4. You look great! Don't know if it would help, but Pink Soap (brand name) that is used to clean artist paint brushes will often remove even dried paint out of clothing. Looking forward to your next post, this is my first visit.

  5. Hello! I'm visiting from the Crew and am your latest follower.

I did the dress challenge last year and did feel more feminine in them. I did blog about them as well. I'm not sure why I stopped. I love that dress you have on. Sorry about the white paint.

  6. It definitely wouldn't be a challenge for me since I have never worn jeans or pants, other than pjs for winter nights to bed, in my life.

My hardest challenge right now is maternity clothes.
