Hello, it's National De-Lurker Day!
I remember in college that the professor always said to picture your reader as you write. If you say hi, and tell me what you're interested in reading, I'll be able to picture my readers as I write.
I invite you to introduce yourself. I have many readers and followers whom I've never heard from. If you're a quiet, keep your comments to yourself, reader, won't you please drop in and tell me a bit about yourself and what you like to read about?

I read. I just like reading what you write. I imagine you are saying it to me. Just like I like listening to you talk and being in your presence.
