A Simple Lunch

Mixed greens
Roma tomatoes
Red onions
Lemon juice





I'll add a wedge of light Laughing Cow style cheese (Aldi Brand) and a baked sweet potato with a teaspoon of butter for an Energizing lunch.

  2. Well Hello there! Your salad looks yummy! I don't eat a lot of salads, they just don't agree with me much anymore. But, this one looks refreshing.

    It's crazy busy around here this week. And I am so thankful my "busy plate" is clearing! Yay!
