At Sunset

I used to go out at sunset with my toddler boy (who now towers over me) and look at the sun setting. He would stand on a chair beside me. With our arms around each other, every night I would say, "God painted that for you!"
Now, every once in awhile, at sunset, he'll put his arm around me and say, "God painted that for you!"

  3. Awwww! I am so touched by this! What a beautiful sentiment to impress on a little boy, and how heartwarming to have it repeated back to you. I think this is something that will be passed from your generation onward - a beautiful family-owned expression of faith and the value God places on each one of his children!

God bless you! This life only works with Jesus. The next life is a continuation of this one—make sure you spend it with Jesus. Jesus is the only way to God the Father!
