Thanksgiving and Praise

There is always, always, always
something to be thankful for.

Start your list today.
Keep it all month.
I think you'll be surprised just how long it gets.

Happy Thanks Living!

  1. Oh, so, true---there is always something to be thankful for. I started a thanksgiving list when my husband was 8 months in to what turned out to be 25 months of unemployment. Times were bleak, so I didn't think I had anything to be thankful for, but I was so wrong. I discovered how very blessed I am, and, in fact, I came to the place of thanking God FOR the unemployment.

Truly, looking for blessings and giving thanks for them changed my life.

    Love,
    Patti

    1. I am doing well, Amy. We've been busy with many things. MY challenge is to be busy about many things without losing my focus on Jesus, loving others, and being a good wife and mother. Tall order. As soon as the election's over (we've been volunteering), we'll be moving into deer hunting season and Thanksgiving. Woosh! Fall is speeding by!

Be blessed, and thanks so much for talking back!

  4. Even if all I can be thankful for is another day, I will be thankful indeed!

    1. Yes, I agree Michelle. Last year I had some terrible bouts with heartburn. I thought I was having a heart attack. I remember asking God, like Hezekiah, for fifteen more years. I was relieved to find it wasn't my heart. Medicine helped it heal, and I only take Tums occasionally now. Praise God!

      Don't forget to vote Tuesday!
      God bless you,

Thank you so much for "talking back" to me!

I read all comments and appreciate them.
Please make sure I have your email if you want me to respond or pray for you.

God bless you! This life only works with Jesus. The next life is a continuation of this one—make sure you spend it with Jesus. Jesus is the only way to God the Father!
