6 Things to Love About Blogging

6 Things to Love About Blogging
Harvest Lane Cottage

What do you love most about blogging?

I love the creative freedom to write without the approval of a few elite publishers.

Making new friends surely would top the list as well.

The ability to reach readers around the world still bloggles boggles my mind.

I can encourage others through sharing my own trials, struggles, blessings, and thrifty ideas.

I can share the hope that I find in JESUS even when life seems too hard.

Writing my thrifty week posts and  bucket lists really help me keep doing.

Truthfully, there are so many things I love about it, it's hard to choose! Sharing my faith and encouragement with others is my passion.

  1. I agree with all the above! I too enjoy blogging even when I get frustrated with editing HTMLs, missing comments from every blog post, and corrupt files! Seriously, they are opportunities too to learn a new skill and heck when you figure it out I am feeling super accomplished! Best of all, I get encouragement in faith, better my cooking skills (No firetrucks have come to my home in two years now!) and I find most bloggers are kinder. You my dear are very positive and your post make me smile!

  3. Yes, I definitely love blogging for the people I've gotten to "meet" through my site. Seeing a blog as a ministry is also a blessing for me, as I hope to help other women as I share my own struggles and the lessons that God is teaching me along the way.

  10. One of my favorite parts of blogging is the many friends God has given me in this arena. I didn't start out blogging to make friends. It has been a surprise and wonderful blessing that just happened as a result. :) So thankful He connected us, dear friend.

Thank you so much for "talking back" to me!

I read all comments and appreciate them.
Please make sure I have your email if you want me to respond or pray for you.

God bless you! This life only works with Jesus. The next life is a continuation of this one—make sure you spend it with Jesus. Jesus is the only way to God the Father!
