Go see LIFEMARK, in Theaters Extended to September 25th !

LIFEMARK's theatrical run has been extended!
Movie goers can now see the film in theaters through September 25th!

Wow! I just finished watching this film. I knew it would be good because of the Kendrick Brothers and Kirk Cameron being involved, but the depth of the story (based on a true story), the sensitivity of the writing and the ways the actors portrayed this remarkable story just touched my heart. It was truly a beautiful story that depicted the deep struggles of the birth mother and the birth father and the decisions they made as well as the deep longing for a child for parents that are unable to have a child of their own. I know from experience that the deep longing can be strong even for a mom who already has a child. Seen through the eyes of David, the son, the confusion, the hope, and the gratitude was revealing.

God orchestrated this true story, and LIFEMARK is a faithful rendering of the emotions and the choices and feelings of the adopted child, the adoptive parents and the birth parents. I loved that they showed how the rest of the family was affected as well.

This is an excellent movie. I hope that many many people see this and recognize what a gift adoption is to all involved.

Synopsis: David’s comfortable world is turned upside down when his birthmother unexpectedly reaches out to him, longing to meet the 18-year-old son she’s only held once. With the encouragement of his adoptive parents, David embarks on a journey of discovery that leads to a staggering truth from his past. From executive producers Kirk Cameron and the Kendrick Brothers—creators of War Room and Fireproof—comes LIFEMARK, inspired by an incredible true story that celebrates the gift of life.
