What a great idea. I think I will make a Winter Bucket List too! Oh and you made me smile and have cheer so you can cross that off your list now :)
ReplyDeleteOh do Ginger Dawn! It's fun. Thank you. I will go cross the smile and cheer off right now, but I think I'll continue to do it. Did you look at the link it lead to? It's a fun post.
DeleteHugs,
Laura
I love your reading your bucket lists. I love this list! A lot of the things sound like things I would love to do. I may do some. Thanks for sharing. I love the idea of inviting friends over for soup and having a Hot Cocoa Cart.
ReplyDeleteI actually made a mistake in putting those both on the same line. I noticed it and fixed it. Those will be two different things. I've got an old metal cart that was left at my house when I moved in seven years ago. I'm thinking that I want to spray paint it then put the cocoa and tea things on it. I'd love to have one of those automatic hot water warmers, but I think I'll have to settle for hot water in a carafe. I wanted to do this last year, but I didn't get to it. I hope I will this year!
DeleteHappy weekend!
Laura
Sounds like a wonderful list Laura! I hope you are able to mark them all off this year!
ReplyDeleteWe got snow along with frigid temps, so I'm enjoying the warmth of the fire in my wood stove while drinking a cup of coffee.
Have a delightful weekend, my friend!
Thinking of you,
Amy
Ooh! Sounds great! It's cold here. Supposed to be 8° tonight, but there's barely any snow—just enough to cover the driveway and a sprinkling elsewhere. Could you please loan me a bucketful? My Amy wants to make the snow ice cream this weekend. ~grin~
DeleteHugs to you Amy!
Laura
This is a spicy soup that we like: http://www.averiecooks.com/2015/09/easy-30-minute-homemade-chicken-tortilla-soup.html
ReplyDeleteAnd putting "writing a Bucket list" on the bucket list makes it too easy to get one checked off! Just joking!
Thank you Anonymous, and yes. I needed a head start on the bucket list. ~smile~ Please share your first name next time.
DeleteGreat list. And you've already crossed of one!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy doing these fun and inspiring things.
I made a short list a few days ago.
Come over and link you list. Every post linked gets you a point for my birthday giveaway!

Enjoy your weekend.
Will do friend. You're so generous my dear. Happy birthday! I'll be doing the rest of my after Christmas cleanup. Then maybe just maybe I'll put up my winter tree.
DeleteI wait for after Christmas to put out my snowman stuff as well. Makes winter a little less blah.
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts exactly Theresa. I need something to help cheer me through January. I don't get enough snow where I live in southern Missouri.
DeleteHappy New Year, Laura -
ReplyDeleteI'm lovin' this bucket list ... thanks for sharing.
Mrs.B
Of course, Mrs. B. I noticed you have a post up about post holiday to do's. I'm going to take a look and see if there's something I should be doing!
DeleteBlessings,
Laura

i loved the idea about decorating house for the January and will be looking forward to see your decorations dear friend .
Happy new year .
Thank you. I just left a message on your blog. God bless you!
DeleteI always love reading your bucket lists, and I think it is so neat that you break them down into particular seasons. You are a preciou inspiration to us all. Sending you love and hugs. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Cheryl. I've got my living room torn apart right now cleaning it! The furniture's all on one side of the room waiting for the wood floor to dry on the other. Then it will all go to the other side and the process will be repeated.
DeleteBlessings,
Laura
I need a winter bucket list too! But, as you know, my list seems to be made for me! Gotta get this house (and myself) straight, in order, and "less messy"!
ReplyDeleteI have a fireplace, so my rocking chair, a good book, and a nice steaming cup of coffee, or tea, seems like a perfect way to unwind after I get a bathroom done!
Thanks for the prayers & the smiles you spread, you are such a blessing to others!
Good for you, Laurie. I worked hard on my living room then relaxed with a book. Happy weekend.
DeleteSounds like a ke a great list, lots of fun things to do
ReplyDeleteWhat do you hope to do Annie?
DeleteWhat a wonderful list dear friend. Blessings.
ReplyDeleteThanks Michelle. While I'm doing these things, I know you're going to be stitching beautiful things! I admire you. Hugs, Laura
DeleteI noticed your etsy shop and favorited it! Coming over from P31 wife!!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jane. I need to get sewing and fill it up!
DeleteWhat a wonderful list! Personally I would add taking a bubble bath by candlelight to it. You need to take some time to pamper yourself my friend. In my case, I have to lock the cat out of the bathroom to do so because I'm afraid he would light his tail on fire with the candle. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat sounds wonderful. Well, the bath does anyway!
DeleteI love this list! I need to be more intentional about adding the small joys to my days like you are. :)
ReplyDeleteWorkin' on it. Workin' on it!
DeleteA wonderful winter bucket list!
ReplyDeleteThanks Mother of 3. I'll be over for a visit soon.
Delete"Try a new soup" is great when experimenting with slow cooker recipes. Easy, make-head meals that make the house smell amazing are my favorite!
ReplyDeleteOh, just remembered. I did try a new soup last week. White chicken chili. I'll cross it off.
DeleteBlessings,
Laura
Love this winter bucket list!! I hadn't thought of doing this by season, but there are many of these activities I'd like to do, too. I want to go ahead and come up with some Valentine's Day ideas for my husband and kids so I can get to work on them ahead of time.
ReplyDeleteI think that's great Tracey. It makes it all more manageable for me.
DeleteBlessings,
Laura
Great bucket list Laura! Wishing the best to you and your family! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
