A Startling Update!

A Startling Update!
This afternoon, I received a call from a local appliance dealer.
Someone bought and paid for a washing machine for me!
The lady wouldn't tell me who it was, but she gave me a hint.
She said if I do anything online, say thank you.
I talked with my husband, and we think the blog is the only place it was mentioned online. So...

THANK YOU
FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART
DEAR ANONYMOUS BLESSER!

You just can't know how this has touched my heart.
My hands, arms, and back thank you as well!

Praise God from Whom all blessings flow!

Blessed to be a blessing
...doing what I can with what I've got
where I am on a short shoestring budget!

  4. Dear, precious Laura! PRAISE GOD FOREVERMORE!!!! Oh, this just touched my heart SO deeply this morning to read this! I was so burdened for you after reading your post yesterday, and it was hard to bear thinking of what you were going through with washing by hand, etc. God is SO faithful, and He is to be praised! My heart can only sing the old song, "TO GOD BE THE GLORY, Rejoice in His name! To God be the glory, Forever proclaim!" Thank you ever so much for the precious comment on my blog this morning, too...I could relate to ALL you said, and, again, my heart goes out to you. Sending up praises along with you this morning and just thanking GOD for supplying your needs, dear friend. Love and appreciate you so much!

    1. It's sitting on the back porch just waiting for a dolly and my sons' strength to get it downstairs and hooked up. Then I get to wash!
      Be blessed Linda!

  8. God can work anywhere anytime. To God be the Glory. I think we mentally tend to limit the ways he can work in our lives. Don't you love a surprise. Did you ever think He would use your blog to bless you?

    1. I didn't think He would, All Things, but he has numerous times since my husband was out of work last winter and early spring. This was just over the top! 10,000 praises to God!

Thanks so much for taking time to talk to me! I'll be over for a visit in a couple minutes.

    1. Amen Deb!
God is so good to us. I'm trusting him for a vehicle that we all will fit in (six of us all full size adults). I also need to pray for a new stove. The glass on the cooktop is broken and jutting up. I'm just being very careful with the side that's still working. I've been using it like this since the holidays. So far, it's been okay.

Thank you for your kind thoughts and wishes!

    The washer still works great.

Thanks for writing me back!
