A Note on Why I'm Not Being So Thrifty Right Now.
Hello dear readers,
I may not be posting much for a couple weeks. I've got some health issues happening in my life that are making it hard for me to write. I'll tell more soon. Be blessed, and don't give up on me! Prayers requested. Just feeling tired right now from it all, and I still don't know how much to share about what's going on. The internet isn't exactly private. ~smile~ Still processing it all myself, too.
I will get back to my Thrifty Week posts, I just haven't felt like putting in the effort right now to be thrifty. I'm too distracted.
Be blessed!
Thank you to all of you have been so faithful to pray for me even though you may not know what I'm facing. So many of you have become good friends.

DeletePraying for your health, Laura. Please feel free to email me if you would like me to pray for something specific.
ReplyDeleteHi Laura,
ReplyDeleteI have been praying and know it can be so overwhelming at times with health problems; plus the photo you shared that your husband took and said that he was out of town--that too, makes things even more difficult. I too had a recent run-in w/my health and what I thought was the fix, ended up being WORSE. So my time prayer time increases daily. But He is good, always. Hope to hear some good news from you, soon!
Thanks so much for praying Sharon. God is good. He will bring us both through the fire and the water.
DeleteI am praying for you and your family for God to go before you and to comfort you. May God bless you. Thank b you for your blog. It has been an inspiration to me. God is good all the time.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Gla. Your notes to me always encourage me. Hugs, Laura

DeletePrayers for you. Hopefully your medical issues will disappear. I understand I'm asthmatic (good days and bad days).
ReplyDeleteFather God, you are the God of the ages who created and designed our bodies perfectly. I ask that you completely heal this lady of asthma. Jesus, you took stripes for our complete healing. I plead your blood over her for healing. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
DeleteThank you for praying for me.
Laura, your sweet, gentle, faithful spirit never ceases to bless me when I visit you! I know this trial you are walking through is a tough one, but even more, the Lord has great miracles in store and I am believing that healing will take place in your body! I have not had much time to blog lately, but you have been in my constant prayers, and I think of you often through the day, and lift your name up in prayer. Thankful for you, for your friendship, and your faith in Jesus, what a blessing you are to all of us. Praying with you, and believing in the mighty healing power of the blood of Jesus for your body!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Marilyn. Your words touched my heart tonight.
DeleteYou have so many who care about you, Laura. Adding my prayers and wishes for healing and smoother times ahead. I know you are aware of how much our Heavenly Father loves you and has your back. Hugs!
