Hello Ladies,
It's so good to greet another week full of promise and possibilities, isn't it? A fresh page on our daily or weekly calendar and a fresh start on our to do lists or our homeschooling. Perhaps Friday or the weekend left you feeling a bit downhearted over what you haven't done right or perhaps, like me, you ate a few things that weren't all that healthy over the weekend. Well, I have good news for you!
God's mercies are new every morning!
Here's how the Amplified Bible states it:
"22 It is because of the Lord’s mercy and loving-kindness that we are not consumed, because His [tender] compassions fail not.
23 They are new every morning; great and abundant is Your stability and faithfulness.
24 The Lord is my portion or share, says my living being (my inner self); therefore will I hope in Him and wait expectantly for Him."Isn't that terrific news? We need only confess our sins, and seek His face to have a whole new start. Great is the Lord. Praise God!
God is more than ready to meet us right where we are and forgive us.
Have a wonderful today dearies!
Laura

God is so good, Jann. By the way, I adore your quilt. I just got one sandwiched together that my husband's grandmother made. I've got to get it in the frame this week.
