Top Ten Most Clicked on Posts of 2017

As the year is winding down, I'm looking back at some of the stats for my blog.
The top ten clicked on posts showed that a primary interest is in being thrifty, frugal, and saving money. That makes sense, since we all have the challenge of living on a limited income—whether that income is $20,000 a year or $120,000!

Here's the top ten most clicked posts countdown for 2017.

  1. Laura, I'm always somewhat cheered and grateful when I stop by your blog. You always help me to see that being happy with what you have is the most important thing you can do for yourself. I just wanted to say Thank You for the warmth you share and the tips you give so freely. XO/Sharon

  2. Laura,

I have enjoyed so many of your posts this year. The one that stands out in my memory is the post about your mom.

May you have a blessed 2018!

    1. Yes, I remember that one Sarah. I think it was the Misses and Wishes and Thanks -- My Mom post.
I do miss her. She was so alive, it felt so impossible when she moved to be with Jesus. God bless you
dear. Your love for home and family is so apparent in your blog. You portray such a peaceful spirit in
your writings and in your photos. May God bless you and your husband and your children as well.
Be blessed daughter of the King!
      Your friend,

    2. Hi Sarah,
I just realized that was an old post about mom. I think you were talking about this one.
Simple Little Reminders... of Mom on Her Seventieth Birthday
I miss her so much. If you've still got your mama, love her like there's no tomorrow.

  3. I enjoy all your posts, so I can't pick just one. A very Happy New Year, keeping you in prayer.

    1. Thank you for praying. My husband and daughter are both sick. Flu is around us, but I don't think that's what they have. Please pray for my safety.

  4. I enjoy all your blogs. They are very uplifting and encouraging. I like your Bucket Lists for fall, winter, spring, and summer. May God bless you and your family in this New Year of 2018!

    1. You are so sweet Gla! Thank you. The bucket lists have helped me to do fun things
and they have helped me not to be an all work and no play kind of girl. They also
remind me that cancer will not be my master or my identity!
      Bless you Gla!

Hello! I love it when you all talk back!
Your comments have helped me through the hardest time of my life.
Thank you!

I read all the comments I receive. I answer as many as I can.

Right now, I am undergoing radiation treatments, healing from breast cancer surgery on October 20th, and dealing with the side effects of chemotherapy.

I'm having a hard time replying to all the comments. Please understand if I do not answer. This is all new to me.

I treasure your prayers and your comments.

If you have a question, or you need a response, be sure I can reach you by email or subscribe to the comments. I will try to answer each question and request. It just may take me some time.

Be blessed!
