Self-Rising Flour

Mix well and store in an airtight container.

  8. Out of interest, is your self-raising flour more expensive than plain flour? For us up in Australia they cost the same and we use them both equally.

But it's handy to know if you run out of SR flour:))

  10. The self-rising flour is a bit higher here, Jo. It's also handy to just make it when you need it rather than keeping it on hand.
    Blessings,
I'll be for a visit soon.
