I'm With the Penguin!

Okay, so, I know most folks are getting too much snow or not enough snow or too much ice or not enough ice.  Wait a minute- there's no such thing as not enough ice.  Unless it's 106 in the shade!

I just love how pretty the snow makes everything.  It covers the ugly that the winter exposes.  It transforms dull browns and grays into the magnificently enchanting, pristine, white beauty... flake by ornate flake.

It's also fun to make snowmen and snowballs and snow angels.  I want to make snow ice cream

So, if you have extra, will you please pass the snow?

Blessings,

  1. We are so blessed that even we got some wonderful snow here in the south! Our little boy was thrilled! God is so good to give us the desires of our hearts, when we delight ourselves in Him. :) Loved coming here to visit with you today.

  3. Just when I was starting to long for spring you made me see the blessings of living in Minnesota. Maybe ;). It was rather funny when the waistband of something in the dryer didn't thoroughly dry and was then covered in frost and ice when I took it out the next morning. That is cold air coming in through the dryer vent! Lots of snow here, some days have been warm enough to play in it, too!

  4. Snow certainly is magical and makes everything look so pretty. Felt like spring here today. As much as I enjoyed this warm weather we really do need more snow. We will pay for it in the summer if not! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
