Wednesday at the Cottage

On this lovely day....

A little Bible...   Romans 1 & 2
I keep track of where I'm at by a reading plan checklist on You Version.

A little crocheting... Simple dishcloth  Chain 21, Turn, *SC in second chain from end.  SC to end of row.  Chain 1.  Turn and repeat from *.  Work until square.  Then end it off and weave in ends.

A little computer time...  E-mail, linking a few posts to blog parties, reading a few blogs, and a little writing.

A little serving...  Helping in the kitchen after our church supper.

A little church...  Pastor is teaching about  Gifts of the Holy Spirit.

A few minutes of relaxation, then a little sleeping.

  1. Laura this is just gorgeous you do make me think about how I live my life and certainly put things into perspective. Love your blog Laura as you always have something really profound to say. Thank you for your comments on my blog, I agree with you, when I am at home doing housework and jobs and such I don't sit down until very late and am too tired to craft - hope you find a little space every day just for you Laura.
Lots of love to you and your family

  6. Dorothy,

I hope you can find some time for you, too. We only get one go at this life. Grab the moments and enjoy.

Father God, I thank You for Dorothy and her desire to be creative. You put that desire in her because You are creative yourself. It's just one way she's made in your image. I ask you Father to help her find the moments she needs to express and create. Amen.
    Have a terrific week, Dorothy.

Oh, one more thing. Check out this post, Minutes or Hours.

Thanks for writing me back!
