  2. Hi Linda,
Carthage has an abundance of beautiful old homes. Alas, we live in a small cottage, but I do enjoy looking. ~smile~ I was just looking through some old photos and was amazed at how my kids have grown.

  3. I'm so glad my blog post today was of encouragement to you. You have a beautiful blog. Have a blessed Sunday, and do keep the faith. You know our Lord will do what is best in all that concerns you. That thought helped me a lot.

  11. New follower - coming over from Linda's blog. I love October - your fall pictures are beautiful. I live in Arizona - no fall leaves here in Phoenix so I enjoyed looking at yours! Have a great weekend. I will be back to visit again!

  12. Oh Deb, I would move! In fact, I did. ~smile~ But only about 45 miles so that I could live in a town filled with maple trees that give us beautiful reds, golds, and oranges. I'm sure Arizona has its benefits, too.

I've been to the Phoenix area once... in summer... 113 degrees... warm swimming pool... melt your flip flops pavement... broken air conditioner in the hotel room.

Next time, if there is a next time, I want it to be in winter! Do you have winter? ~smile~

Thanks for following. Have a wonderful weekend!

  15. Thanks, Amy. I really put this up so that my kids wouldn't see the review that follows. I've been amazed to see how many comments this post has received. Your boiled apple cider looks amazing! All I need is one more yummy thing to crave!

    Blessings,
    Laura

  17. I love that I'm home more on fall evenings than spring evenings. 4H is only once or twice a month instead of once or twice a week. ~grin~ Even the days of driving everyone to meetings will be over before I know it.

    Have a wonderful week, Roxy.
