Please pray for our elections across the country.
Please pray for the candidates.
Please pray for our country to heal.

As far as the presidential election.... remember
we are voting for our Supreme Court justices.

    1. Thank God, He's still here. Free will has consequences if we don't choose the right path both personally and for our country. May God bless you and your family Kelley. Hugs.

  3. The day has come when some call evil-good, and good-evil. I thought the debate last night showed that clearly.

    1. Regardless of the election results, we must pray. Our hope is not in Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton, it's in God the Father, Jesus the Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Hugs to you this morning!

  6. Good Afternoon Laura,

From the view out my window, the upcoming Supreme Court Justice nominees are the MOST important issue currently facing our nation. Economies rise and fall, taxes increase and decrease, there always has been and always will be strife between nations, BUT if the U.S. Supreme Court goes to liberal activist judges the U.S. as we, and the world, know it will disappear. Our 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th amendments (1/2 of the Bill of Rights that, according to our Founding Fathers, are NEVERto be changed) will become, either, re-interpreted or completely removed. Without the Bill of Rights FULLY IN TACT, with original intent, these United States will cease to be a Democratic Republic and the common citizen will not have any protection from a tyrannical government.

Praying for our nation and the upcoming elections,
    Mrs.B

  7. Laura, I so totally agree.. We must remember that we will be electing supreme court judges,, This is very important.
We must pray that God be with us. And help us with whom ever wins the election.
I am most burdened over the lives loss to abortion. I must remember to trust God.

    1. After hearing Mrs. Clinton approve abortion clear up to the end (during the debate), I agree that it is a most important issue. God forgive America, the Supreme Court Justices, legislators, and "health"care providers who perform or approve these murders. We must repent and repeal RvW.

    1. Hey Gail,
I just dropped by your blog. You had me at Hey Y'all!
We're trying to volunteer at Republican Headquarters as much as we can to help not only with the presidential race but the state races as well.
Be blessed and pray like your life depends on it... it just might.
      Blessings,
      Laura

  10. I'm saddened at what our choices are. To me, neither candidate is presidential material. Who ever thought we would find ourselves in such a position? Thanks for sharing with SYC.
    hugs,

    1. I agree completely, Jann. To me, it's all about who is most likely to appoint Supreme Court judges who will uphold the Constitution. That's all I can say.

  11. Truly believe God can use anyone He chooses for His will to be done. We have to prayerfully do our part too. Will you put up with an occasional crude person or a totally corrupt one? Ben Franklin said that tricks and treachery are the practice of fools that don't have the brains to be honest.

    1. I can appreciate your viewpoint Buttonchief7.
We do with what we've got.
We've got a choice of Hillary Clinton and Socialism, anti-Christian policy, and a Supreme Court filled with Liberals who legislate from the bench, or Donald Trump and Capitalism, religious liberty, and a Supreme Court who will judge by the Constitution.

As a Christian, I feel my choice is clear for these and many other reasons—the most important of which is Mrs. Clinton's approval of murdering babies even the day they are born. There's a small step to murdering any children or other unwanted people.

Be blessed and don't forget to vote! Thanks for talking back.

Thanks for writing me back!
