A Day in the Life of a Homeschooler

The Reading Lesson by Helen Allingham

Ever wonder what life's like for a Homeschooler?  It can be summed up in one word:

Maria at Five Simple Things asked me to share about what a homeschooling day in our family looks like.   It was a hard task.  We're rather eclectic and flexible in our learning.  I do hope you'll pop over to Maria's blog and read my guest post.

  1. Hello Laura, Your idea style of Homeschooling sounds like a very good environment for a child to learn and to pursue their bent, that God has for them to fulfill their destiny.
I so appreciate your sweet and honest heart! I would of loved growing up in the kind of home you have made for your family!
    Blessings Always, Roxy

  2. Thank you Roxy. Sometimes I get discouraged because I'm not super organized like some moms, but I know God gave me these kids because He knew I'm the right mom for them.

  3. hopping on over now to read your article!

  4. Hi Laura am just popping over to read your blog, you are a wonder Laura, I don't know how you fit it all in. Have a wonderful weekend, much love to you and your fabulous family.

    Happy autumn!

  8. That brings back such memories. We homeschooled for many years, my children are all grown now. I miss those years - enjoy them!

  9. Thank you Oak Hill. I'm coming to visit your blog.

Thank you for praying for me! Thank you for encouraging me so much through this cancer treatment. I have the best blog friends in the world! Yes! You!

I read all your comments and respond as I can right now.
Please make sure I have your email if you want me to respond or pray for you. For some reason Blogger isn't notifying me of comments right now, so I may be a bit slower.

God bless you all! This life only works with Jesus. The next life is a continuation of this one—make sure you spend it with Jesus. Jesus is the only way to God the Father!
