Today a Little...

Funny how these little pretties are so dreaded, isn't it?

It's been a week with lots of reading as witnessed by two reviews posted and another to be posted tomorrow.  I went to my bookshelf this morning and realized, for the first time in months, that I don't have any review books I need to read!  Refreshing!  I enjoy reviewing books; but, if I have too many, I don't get to savor the reading as I'd like.
Today, a little laundry, a little laundry, a few errands.
What are you up to today?

Blessings,
Laura

  1. Well, let's see...I have to visit the chiropractor, finish some laundry, homeschool, and cook a couple of meals, just to name a few things I am up to today!! So happy to see that you came by my blog today. Thank you for leaving sweet encouragement behind. I came by here the other day, but I didn't leave a comment, so you never knew I was here. LOL! I so enjoy coming here each and every time. You are a blessing to me! Love, Cheryl

  2. I am up to school! I am really enjoying my history book,The Second Mrs. Giaconda.
So far, it is about Leonardo da Vinci and his apprentice, Salai. It is very interesting. Later on in the book it will tell the reason why Leonardo painted Mona Lisa.
    Very exciting to me!

  4. Dear Amy,
I loved The Second Mrs. Giaconda! It was one of my favorite Sonlight books. It's just been a hundred years since I read it. ~smile~ Leonardo DaVinci was a fascinating man.

It's taking me awhile to get back to you but I want you to know
because of your answer on your daugthers blog that I have given my life to Jesus. I was raised in a family were cursing and taking God's name was the norm. I can't thank you enough. May God bless you!!!

  7. Sue,
Nothing could make me happier right now than your new life. I am so very happy for you. I grew up in the same kind of family. I'm so honored that you told me. May God bless you!

I suggest that you begin reading the book of John in the New Testament of the Bible. It's all about Jesus and God's love for you. Ask around and find a Bible teaching church. Pray, God will show you where to go to find support in your journey with Jesus.

Welcome to the Family of God!
    Love hugs to you Sister!

Thanks for writing me back!

This life only works with Jesus. The next life is a continuation of this one—make sure you spend it with Jesus. Jesus is the only way to God the Father!
