~ I determined that I will keep my expenses as low as possible during this start-up time. Of course, I'll need to buy some things. It's not to put a rule on myself but to help me keep in a frugal state of mind.
~ I mended a dress that will now give me another year of service.
~ We ate lots of leftovers.
I hope this encourages some busy busy ladies to keep at it even when it's not easy. Be blessed dear ladies! God is our strength and our salvation.

Dear Laura, I had my own business so I know the time and expense that is required. Give yourself some grace and you can't do it all.
ReplyDeleteMy restaurant was a Pizza Parlor!
Just relax and enjoy and don't forget to add the secret ingredients to the batter and all the recipes (Love) Roxy
I just shared with my husband how much I'm encouraged by your notes. Thank you so much Roxy. Today was a very busy day at the cafe. Time flew. ~smile~ I'm glad my husband handles the financial side of it, so I don't have those worries.

You know, Lisa, I think many of the frugal things that I do just come naturally. I don't really think about them; I just do them. I'll bet you're the same way. It's really a mindset.
