The weather.... bright and sunny... a few clouds on the horizon... 48°. 

Right now I am... enjoying a quiet house.



Thinking... about about just how good God is and how to make peaceful spots in my home.

Looking around the house... Everyone is studying or working, so it's quiet. There's laundry to catch up on. Gasp!

  • Peace of Jerusalem and Israel
  • Safety and wisdom for our President, Vice-President, and leaders
  • Salvation for family members
  • Direction for my kids for their futures
  • My husband
  • Praying for Kristen, my friend Cheryl's niece. She's expecting a baby, has a blood clot in her lung, and has developed tachycardia. Please pray, too.

  14. Wonderful (and motivated) post! I never have a problem *doing* the laundry, it's folding and putting away. After I've accumulated my 3rd or 4th laundry basket, it's time to get the iron out:\

    1. I'll bet there are tutorials on YouTube. Also, there are easy patterns that have very clear instructions at the fabric store. Ask a clerk for help finding them. You can do it! I did a review of a sewing course awhile back. Rosie teaches how to make doll clothes, but the skills are the same as needed to make full size items. Check it out.
