My Summer Bucket List 2019

Hello ladies,
It's summer bucket list time again! I know y'all probably think of Memorial Day as the beginning of summer, and I suppose it is. I like to publish my list between the end of May and the first day of summer in June. However you count summer, it's definitely here now with the sunshine and warm weather. Actually, we're still having a lot of rain. Have you had any flooding troubles where you live?

My Lowell put up my computer for me last night. Yay! It won't connect to the internet. Boo! For now, I will have to continue my little chatty posts on my phone or borrow a computer. Either way, I'm going to get back to writing at least once or twice a week. After all, that's what bloggers do, blog!

Have you made your summer bucket list? It's just for fun. I've done it for a few years now. I even did it the year I was taking chemo. It gave me something positive to look forward to. Even in the hardest times, we can find little bits of joy and fun if we try. Please write back to me and tell me something you want to do this summer.

Once I've done something, I'll change it to italics. That way, you can see I've done it, and you can decide if you want to do it, too.

  4. Laura, I am SO HAPPY for you. I can almost feel the spring in your step and the cheer in your voice through this post. Praise God, and may He continue to bless you and your family abundantly! A gentle hug across the miles..(and through the water....) Love Karla

  5. I have never done a bucket list but it sounds like a great idea! Since I've retired I've lost when I would schedule my data! I really need to get back to that which might jump-start a bucket list!

  6. I forgot to answer your question about Hemp oil...the finish lasts for a year where you can add another coat. You could put a paste wax over it to seal which I’m thinking about doing!

  7. Love seeing your summer bucket list Laura. I wish I were close by to visit on the day you're having friends over for watermelon. I LOVE me some watermelon. Enjoying lots of iced tea, fresh lemonade, iced coffee, and 1/2 priced shakes at Sonic is definitely on my summer list :)

Thanks for writing me back!

This life only works with Jesus. The next life is a continuation of this one—make sure you spend it with Jesus. Jesus is the only way to God the Father!
