Hello ladies! I've got company coming for dinner in a couple of hours. It's a couple we've known since our kids were quite little. It will be nice to catch up a bit. I'm looking forward to relaxing a bit before making salsa and pickles tomorrow. Is anyone else having troubles finding canning supplies?

I have a few canning jars and I will probably can some frozen chicken for tacos and chicken salad. Here in AZ the rumor is the bars are buying canning jars for drinks to go since our governor temporarily shut them down for dine in. This is what one of the workers at Tractor Supply told my friend.

ReplyDeleteI started making salsa this week. I got lots of supplies at the end of last season.
You were wise to prepare early. I had a few old jars and some lids and rings that I had squirreled back but not enough.
