  6. I love salads for summertime eating. Often a hot meal just doesn't sound good. I was just thinking about how busy summer has been. I wrote this on my chalkboard, "Sweet lazy days of summer". Afterwards I thought, haven't seen much laziness yet. lol! Thanks for sharing with SYC.

  7. Hi Jann,

Salads are one of my new favorite foods. There are just so many different kinds you can make. I wish I could find some homemade dressings that I like. So far everything I've tried tastes either too vinegary or too oily. Do you have any homemade dressing recipes that you like?

My summer has been way too busy. I don't know what a lazy day of summer is either!

    Blessings,
    Laura
