Spring Bucket List 2021 ~ Harvest Lane Cottage

Getting things done is often one part work and two parts focus.
~smile~
My Bucket Lists help me to focus on the things that I want to do that aren't part of my daily routine. They also remind me to have a little fun and enjoy the season! I will change the listings to italics as I cross them off the list.

Here's my Spring Bucket List 2021.
  • Write my Spring Bucket List
  • Enjoy an Easter Lily
  • Celebrate Resurrection Day
  • Plant zinnias for a cutting garden
  • Go to the drive-in
  • Fill pot with flowers to enjoy outside the door...
  • Picnic in the park
  • Ice cream run
  • Wash windows 2 done
  • Make cookies for the kids on a rainy day
  • Touch up paint in the laundry room.
  • Put new blinds and curtains up in our bedroom.
  • Double Feature Movie Night ~ National Treasure 1 & 2
  • Sew a new apron
  • Sew a new skirt
  • Spray paint old metal cart
  • Help Emily and Amy practice hospitality
  • Invite friends for bbq

  • Paint the sunroom
  • Invite neighbors for pie
  • Pedicure
  • Try four new low carb recipes 4 3 2 1
  • Knit and crochet dishcloths for gifts.
  • Finish Emily's quilt
  • Paint the porch table and chairs. We had the cushions recovered.
  • Go knitting with a friend
  • Blow bubbles
  • Destination unknown picnic
  • Plant flowers
  • Worship Jesus under the stars
  • Put cushions out on the front porch.
  • Find a potted plant or a center piece for the front porch table. Maybe a candle?
  • Celebrate my daughter Emily's college graduation.

I may add or subtract as I go, but it's a start! My bucket lists and reading lists inspire me and help me to enjoy life and get things done. I hope these lists will inspire you to make your own list! I know some items will be passed on to my summer bucket list, but it is motivating!

What will you put on your bucket list?

What is on your reading list?

Be blessed!

Emily is graduating college!!!! Holy Smokes, I am getting old. Why in my mind does everyone else stay the same age as I turn old and gray? Congratulations! I love your bucket lists, I am more of a daily list kinda gal, like 1. Get out of bed. 2. Drink coffee. ;) Maybe that is my problem! I love your blog and keeping up with you since I am not on any "social" media! Have a great week!

  3. Happy Spring! We are having a family picnic at my dad’s pond in a couple of weeks. We skipped Christmas this past year, so we are all looking forward to getting time again. Get busy and start marking things off your list!

    1. What a wonderful is the! I'm glad you are able to make time for your reading. It's really enriching. And sometimes it's just fun and relaxing. I have to say I am very curious about peanut butter and dragon wings!

I should have my list out by next Monday. It will have a few review books on it.

Thank you so much for "talking back" to me!

I read all comments and appreciate them.
Please make sure I have your email if you want me to respond or pray for you.

God bless you! This life only works with Jesus. The next life is a continuation of this one—make sure you spend it with Jesus. Jesus is the only way to God the Father!
